El Churro is an evolutionary chain of cafés specialising in the fine art of making Spanish doughnuts called churros. We pioneered the retail of churros in Australia as “Golden Churros” located at Highpoint Shopping Centre in Melbourne’s west.  Our churros are unique because of our true Spanish heritage and our recipe is a combination of superior products and methods.  We offer traditional churros and variations that have developed in Latin America, and wish to share these with our customers.

We offer a delicious variety of locally sourced fine chocolates, and exquisite chocolate direct from Latin America that we use in our churro dishes and fabulous hot chocolates.

Churros are made to order and cooked in front of the customers, creating an experience for all senses; smell, taste, sound, vision and touch.  They can then be enjoyed in an environment where customers can relax, be comfortable and most of all, experience and share the passion for our sensational churros and chocolate.

El Churro lives and breaths churros, they are our tradition, pride, and passion, as stated in our slogan 'Spanish Tradition, Latin Passion'™ Also, there is nothing saintly about our churros, they are just wickedly good!

Stores

The clean modern lines and use of traditional colours in the store designs are attractive and welcoming. Quality finishes and graphic designs complementing the traditional yet modern style are featured throughout.
Each store also incorporates a ‘Churro Theatre’ where customers are able to appreciate the fine art of churro making.

Our innovative store design allows for a variety of unique sites, allowing maximum exposure for high traffic sites.
